Delivery Policy

REVISED 01/2024 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Mia Bella Baskets, offers delivery service locally in Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery on the date requested or before the requested delivery date during peak seasons. We telephone the recipient prior to delivering but we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery.

Delivery Times

1-We do not deliver surprises. We need a contact phone number for delivery. We call before delivering always. Sorry!

2-We do not service same day deliveries. All orders are required to be placed 2-3 days before delivery date.

3-We do not allow cancellations within the 24 hours before delivery date. Unless it is an act of "GOD".

Proof of Delivery:

For your protection and ours, we collect a signature from the recipient as proof of delivery.

Recurring Delivery Fees

We will charge recurring delivery fees for the same amount of the original delivery if one of the following should occur:

1- Delivery to incorrect addresses. For example the recipient has moved without notice and does not answer our calls.

2- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery  even after we have called them to confirm.

3- Customer must provide a valid delivery address where someone can receive the basket. [Not a mailbox! No PMB - No PO BOX] Customer is responsible for redelivery charges if redelivery is required because of address discrepancy.

We always maintain open communication with our clients. The situations above are very unlikely but can occur. If you are in the Military DO NOT PROVIDE an email such as: @us.army.mil. They never go through and always kick back. Provide a Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail or AOL email address.
