We try our best so that arrangements shown match actual pictures. Some flowers are seasonal and colors could change depending on availability. We reserve the right to substitute colors and/or flowers of equal or greater value without affecting the overall design or cost of the arrangement. If we estimate that the change would mark a noticeable difference then we will contact you with options.
If we are out of a particular ribbon, basket or vase, we will substitute with an item as close as possible to your original selection and will not affect the overall design or the value of your gift. We are constantly updating our inventory and it may occur that a particular basket, vase or ribbon is not available, [out of stock], from our suppliers.
Gourmet suppliers update their products regularly. Sometimes labels and packagings change, but we do include the same product.
