PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Mia Bella Baskets, will guarantee delivery on the date requested
or before the requested delivery date during peak seasons. We telephone
the recipient prior to delivering but we cannot guarantee a specific time
of delivery. If you do not wish for us to contact the recipient please indicate so
in the comments section upon checkout!!!
SAME DAY DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE.
-Orders need to be placed at least 24 hours before
delivery date for : Metro-San Juan areas. [low season]
[Please note 24 hours means before noon the day prior to delivery
date]
-Orders need to be placed at least 36 hours before
delivery date for: Every other city out of Metro-San Juan. [low season]
Mia Bella Baskets is not responsible
for:
- Flower arrangements, gift baskets, gifts in general - delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present
at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
- Decreased
flower quality due to lost time on an incorrect delivery address
supplied by the sender.
Mia Bella Baskets
does not allow orders to be cancelled within 24 hours of the requested
delivery date, or within the seven days prior to Christmas, Valentine's
Day or Mother's Day, Fathers Day - because of our extremely high volume of orders
during these times.
If your order is for delivery on a Holiday or special occasion, please
allow more time for delivery. We recommend that you order a few
days in advance to the occasion due to rush of the high peak
seasons.
Remote or
rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Deliveries may vary due to Holidays and recipient availability.
Recipients are required to be home to receive orders or we will
leave with the closest neighbor. We do not leave gifts at door steps.
Signatures are required.
Our Products:
We try our best so that arrangements shown match actual pictures. Some
flowers are seasonal and colors could change depending on availability.
We reserve the right to substitute colors and/or flowers of equal of greater
value.
If we are out of a particular ribbon, basket or vase, we will substitute
with an item as close as possible to your original selection.
Substitutions are a rare occurrence and will not affect the overall
design of your gift.
Refunds:
We do not refund your
credit card unless their has been a fault on our behalf. Otherwise, you
will be issued a credit towards your next purchase.
Incorrect Addresses:
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to
the address, there is a $10 recurring delivery fee.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses
submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the
customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Pricing:
Prices shown below product images are the base price for
the item and do not include our delivery fees or 7% PR Sales Tax. You will be
directed to the delivery fees on checkout through our Order Form. You
may view delivery fees prior to placing your order
here.
We do not deliver gifts under $30.00. It is
not cost effective. [Items on the site for under $30.00 are "add
on gifts".]
Taxes:
Beginning November 15th, 2006: a "State" sales tax of 7.0%
will be imposed by the government.
In conclusion:
November 15th, 2006 a total
sales tax of

Proof of Delivery:
For your protection and ours, we collect a signature from the recipient
upon delivery.
